Founded and led by Sikelela Cibane, a Qualified Engineering Technician with a Trade Test, Wireman’s License, and a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Durban University of Technology, Dingela Construction is built on strong technical foundations and ethical leadership.
We are an independent BBBEE Level 1 contributor, committed to empowerment, safety, and long-term partnerships. Our hands-on leadership ensures every project is delivered with precision, accountability, and care no matter the size or complexity.

We offer a full range of domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical services. This includes low and medium voltage installations, mini substation installations, MV cable termination and jointing (up to 32kV), panel rewiring, automation equipment installation, and issuing of Electrical Compliance Certificates (COCs).
Is Dingela Construction properly qualified and compliant?
Yes. Dingela Construction is led by a Qualified Engineering Technician with a Trade Test, Wireman’s License, and a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. We operate in line with industry standards and safety regulations and are an independent BBBEE Level 1 contributor.
Do you provide solar and renewable energy solutions?
Absolutely. We design, install, and commission solar energy systems, including 5kW and 10kW solutions. Our green energy services are tailored to help clients reduce energy costs while adopting sustainable and reliable power solutions.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal, and service clients across KwaZulu-Natal and surrounding regions. For larger projects, we are flexible and able to travel based on project requirements.
